FST™ is pain-free table based stretching technique delivered while the client remains fully clothed. FST™ provides lengthening, elongation, & decompression of joints, muscles, & fascia creating “space” and undoing patterns of tightness & injury. This is accomplished through a variety of positions that include traction. FST™ allows muscles & surrounding tissues to relax & lengthen providing space in tight, compressed areas.

LifeStretch® is a unique experience! It is different from standard, one dimensional stretching by the use of self-traction to elongate, decompress & stretch your fascia network in multiple dimensions paired with movement. LifeStretch® is an Individualized Exploration – it is “your journey” to navigate & explore your fascial & muscular system.
