Cindy discovered the technique of Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST™) newly renamed Fredrick Stretch Therapy, as a patient. FST™ has played a vital role in her own management of a chronic injury which resulted in profound pain relieving benefits & increased range of motion. Cindy was inspired by the results and has made it her mission to use these techniques to improve the lives of others.

Cindy’s treatment style is unique.

She couples FST™ with massage techniques to promote an even deeper benefit for the client. Her time spent as a lifelong athlete, competitive bodybuilder, fitness professional, & practicing yogi translates to a deep understanding of the mind body connection necessary for teaching & facilitating healing with her clients. Cindy’s insightful, artisanal treatments are tailored to the individual client. Her holistic open-hearted approach to healing has a profound impact on her client’s mind, body, & spirit.

Cindy earned her Bachelor of Science in Medical Rehabilitation from Springfield College. She has exhibited a passion for healing throughout her career and worked in various aspects of the healing arts. Cindy worked as a personal trainer in NYC & San Francisco in both private practice and the physical medicine departments of two major hospitals. At Beth Israel in NYC, Cindy implemented the rehabilitation regime for patients as prescribed by physical & occupational therapists.  She also co-created & taught a women’s upper extremity group with the lead OT.
